Support for computer questions. "How do I ...?"
Virus and Malware removal
Network Setup, including wirelessly connecting computers, tablets, phones, TV's and more
Upgrading computer components, for example: adding more storage, more memory, setting up multiple monitors, adding a printer or all-in-one
Upgrading whole systems, including copying data from old to new and responsible recycling of old components
Setting up data backups for onsite or remote backup. Data recovery where possible
Tutoring users in the use of computer programs, like office applications, email and web

Fees are simple. They are generally billed per minute from the time we arrive until the time the job is completed to your satisfaction. Our standard rate is $60/hour, with a minimum of 30 minutes ($30). Jobs can also be contracted for a flat rate based upon our estimate for how long the job will take, using the same guidelines for an approximation.
